Have you seen Hopkin Green Frog?
The HGF phenomenon is now a couple years old, but here in Xanadeaux it remains minty-fresh forever. We must keep the spirit alive, because in a strange and unintentional way- we may have started it all.
You see..
It was the spring of 2003 in Seattle. I was walking back to my apartment on Cap Hill, coming home from a concert downtown. It was starting to rain. I spotted a "missing pet" sign on a post--it was for a missing frog. It broke my heart instantly. The rain was just going to ruin it, so I carefully took it down and folded it up.
I put it on my refridgerator door at home, so that I could always ponder the many mysterious qualities of this bulletin.
A year later, when I moved to Baltimore, I gave it to J-Dog for safekeeping.
In an effort to cheer me up through my transition, J-Dog scanned the image and placed it in his blog for me to see and enjoy. I smiled when I saw it.
That scan is exactly what you see when you click on the link at the top if this page. Apparently, someone saw that scan in my friend's blog. They copied it and reposted it somewhere, then it started to spread like wildfire... and the next thing you know, the "lostfrog.org" website was born.
That's most certainly the same scan from the original copy. No question at all. Here's a photo of the original, still in J-Dog's possession:

By the way, don't call that number. That would be a dick move. If you want the full scoop on who Terry is, and what this crazy frog poster is about, you'll just have to find out for yourself.
Somewhere else.
